活動再開にむけて

今日は3.11の震災後、初めてメンバーで仙台国際センターに集まりました。

クライストチャーチ支援を被災地仙台で訴えるのは難しい状態になりましたが、メンバーみんな、活動を完全に中止にするつもりはありませんでした。

現時点では、今後の活動は白紙の状態ですが、まずは、一時帰国するケイレブに、クライストチャーチの現状と、今後の支援として何が必要なのかということを見てきてもらい、それを元に、私たちもこれからの活動計画を立てる予定です。

Today our members met up for the first time after the March 11 earthquake. It has now become difficult for us to appeal for aid for Christchurch here in Sendai, but we do not intend to give up our efforts completely.

At this present time, we will go back to the drawing board in terms of our future fundraising efforts, but first we intend to find out what the current situation in Christchurch is like and what is necessary in the way of aid now. We will then use this information to make plans for our future activities.
