“Road cone flowers”, which began popping up in Christchurch as makeshift memorials to those lost in the 2011 earthquake, are now being made to remember those lost in the Great East Japan Earthquake. These pictures are part of the CEA in Sendai panel exhibition currently running in the Sendai International Center.
